Hooping has arrived in Birmingham! Classes in Birmingham UK Current Classes are Fully Booked but if you would like to put your name down for the next series or find out more information regarding price and location please contact us. We are always looking for new venues so if there isn't a venue near you yet keep checking !
The classes are held in 6 week blocks, each class is 45 minutues. No experience is necessary for Beginner 1. The large 40" size of the designer hoops make it so easy to begin hooping even if you have never picked a hoop up before. Currently taking bookings for : Beginner 1 (6 weeks) Beginner 2 (6 weeks) What to expect ? 
Classes are really informal and a lot of fun, just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, trainers and remember your water! Hoops are available. If you want to practise at home there is the HOOPGIRL DVD! A must for practising and learning new moves in the comfort of your own home. I put it on my laptop and hoop away in the garden!
